Mitmeaastane rohttaim kõrgusega 20-30cm. Levikuala Lääne- ja Ida-Siberis, Kesk-Aasias. Kasvab kivistel, rähksetel nõlvakutel, stepis. Õitseb juunis- juulis. Tõmmis, leotis kuivadest lehtedest ja õitest omab kardiotoonilist toimet, suurendab südame kokkutõmmete amplituudi ja alandab nende tempot, veenisiseselt tõstab arteriaalset rõhku.

For the rockgarden, flowers or seedcapsules for cutting, ornamental foliage plant. V-VIII, Z3-8, 30 cm. Soft blue flowering racemes, filigreed feathery foliage, very unusual.

Многолетнее травянистое растение высотой 20-30 см.  Распространена в Западной и Восточной Сибири, в Средней Азии. Растёт на каменистых, щебнистых склонах, степных участках. Цветёт в июне - июле. 
Настойка, настой сухих листьев, цветков обладают кардиотоническими свойствами, увеличивают амплитуду сердечных сокращений и замедляют их темп, а при внутривенном введении повышают артериальное давление.
